Teams and roles

NoteValidator is designed for teams. Roles control who can manage settings, billing, and members.

Roles​

  • Owner: Manages billing, team members, and subscription settings.
  • Member: Runs validators and reviews results.

Invitations​

  1. Owners invite teammates by email.
  2. Invitees accept and join the team.
  3. Roles can be changed by owners later.

Tips​

  • Keep at least two owners for continuity.
  • Use members for daily validation work.
